Project in the spotlight: ALSB for UZ Leuven

For the university hospital Leuven, we were asked to design and build this ALSB (General Low Voltage Board) of 1000A, equipped with some smart and efficient features:

✅ Emergency power connection: in case of power failure, an emergency power group can easily be connected to guarantee continuity.

✅ Energy monitoring per departure: Each output is equipped with an energy meter readable via Modbus.

✅ Saving space and time: The energy measurement takes place directly in the switches themselves - no more separate power coils. That means less wiring, more compact design and faster installation.

A fine example of how technical efficiency and reliability come together in critical environments such as hospitals.
