How did your integration at Tisaco go and how does it differ from your previous work experiences?
“When I started at Tisaco, I was given a warm welcome — with a smile and a joke. That immediately put me at ease. It was different at my previous employer: there, I was just a number among many people. Here, you can really feel that people are interested in who you are and what you do!”
In what area would you most like to develop yourself here?
‘My goal is to become a fully-fledged electrician/technician so that I can do my job perfectly and flawlessly. That gives me satisfaction — and the customer too, of course.’
What is something that people would not (yet) readily guess about you?
‘That I am someone who likes everything to be tidy — both at home and at my workbench 😋.’
