Our start in 2026 was accompanied by welcoming two new faces to Tisaco! Now that the first pieces of the puzzle have been put in place, it's time to let Stef (Electrical Engineer) & Joni (Project Manager/Draftsman) take the floor.
What made you feel right at home during your first few days?
Stef: ‘The working atmosphere at Tisaco immediately made me feel very welcome. Here, you're not just a number, but a real person. It's an environment where I can relax and where there's a lot of laughter thanks to the fun in the team.’
How did you experience the onboarding at Tisaco? What surprised you?
Joni: ‘I found the onboarding at Tisaco very pleasant. I was given a clear and structured introduction, with both a tour of the workplace and a warm welcome from my colleagues. What surprised me most positively was the strong sense of togetherness and collegiality within the team.’
What motivated you to choose a job at Tisaco?
Stef: ‘My motivation for joining Tisaco was the world of electricity that opened up for me here. It is a company that believes in me and where I have the opportunity to grow step by step.’
Which skill do you hope to develop most in the coming period?
Joni: ‘I come from the industrial electrical sector, but I haven't seen everything there yet. In the coming period, I want to further expand my knowledge and skills at Tisaco, with a strong focus on larger cabinet construction, such as the complete expansion of a Prisma P cabinet.’
